Bärta - A living Original
CHALLENGE: Make Bärta stand out in the endless section of vegetarian alternatives.
OPPORTUNITY: The world is gradually turning its eating habits – from meat to plant. But this time the shapes have stayed the same.
SOLUTION: So instead we wanted to make something original. Bärta is a product of experimentation. A bag of fermented Swedish peas, held together by Belgian microfungi with Indonesian methods. The fungi means that the piece of food pulsates. It’s alive. And the life inside can be translated into sound, and music.
